Sonic Blossom – Sound Bath and Botanical Workshop June 26^th, 6-7:30pm $55

Sonic Blossom is a sweet sensory journey to settle the nervous system and brighten your vibe.  Join Carrie Evans of Hum Yoga & Sound for a super chill sound bath with crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes nestled in a nature soundscape.  Afterwards craft a cooling rose and peppermint botanical spray.  This herbal mist stabilizes emotion, and calms irritation with subtle notes of joy, heart, and clarity.  You’ll leave with a beautiful herbal blend, feeling fresh and free in spirit.

*All supplies included.  Please dress according to weather and bring bug spray/ sunscreen.  Please bring a blanket, mat, bolster, and/or pillows.
