Vibrant Yoga Class: Flow with Katie Ratchuk in a refreshing yoga session that’s all about connecting with our bodies and minds. Don’t worry if you’re a newbie; it’s all about enjoying the journey together. Katie has an incredible energy that helps keep you in the moment. I’ve enjoyed many classes with her at Buff n Flo in Orchard Park!

Facials with Friends: Guided Self Facials: Treat yourself to a fun and relaxing facial experience. Kristine Koch from Nickel City Skin Spa will guide you through some great techniques to pamper your skin, and trust us, you’ll leave glowing! Kristine is an incredible resource for all things “Glowy”. When she’s not out here on the Meadows you’ll find her at the beloved “Orange House” home of Nickel City Skin Spa providing relaxing treatments or at Roswell teaching classes and sharing her skills.

Yummy Lunch: We’ll share a delicious, nourishing meal that’ll fuel our spirits and keep the energy flowing as we share our experience and reflect on the day. you can stroll the gardens and Meadow, go for a walk or grab a chair and bask in the sun. Good food, good company—what more could you ask for?
