Breath of Life – Breathwork and Sound Bath Workshop June 12th 6-7:30pm $35

Guided by: Carrie Evans of Hum Yoga & Sound in East Aurora, NY

Breath of Life is an expression of self and an exploration of life force where every inhale is an invitation to energize and every exhale loosens stagnation. In this workshop, you will enjoy a lovely little sound bath amongst bird song and rustling leaves, perfect for rest and renewal, and then be guided into an invigorating and cleansing breath practice with the breeze. The rhythm between breath and sound will synchronize & sparkle, taking you to a place where you delight in a deep sense of being alive. Through this practice you will deepen your relationship with your breath, the source of life and experience the bubbly joy, clear mind, and shimmering spirit of a well-oxygenated body.

*Please dress according to weather and bring bug spray/ sunscreen. Please bring a blanket, mat, bolster and/or pillows.
