Dry Brushing:
- Start at your feet and move up your body.
- Use wide, circular, clockwise motions.
- Apply light pressure on thinner skin and harder pressure on thicker areas like the soles of your feet.
- Brush your arms after you have brushed your feet, legs, and mid-section, always brushing upward towards your armpits.
- Avoid sensitive areas like rashes, cuts, or infections, and never dry brush your face unless using a softer brush.
- After dry brushing, take a cool shower to remove dry skin.
